Return Policy of MedicalSuppliesOutlet.com
MedicalSuppliesOutlet.com wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy for items that are unused and unopened. Certain items are non returnable - please check the product page for information on whether your item is not returnable. Others items may be returnable but after a re-stocking fee deducted from the total order to be refunded to the client. Personal care items such as lotions, shampoos, creams, washes and ointments are non returnable. All furniture items are non returnable. If an item arrived damaged to you, MedicalSuppliesOutlet.com will work with you to get any replacement parts that you need.
Returns that are not for defect, damage or error will be subject to the following restocking amounts,
based on the date of the original invoice:
Return from Date of Invoice Re-Stocking Fee as a % of the Invoice Amount
0 - 30 days 5% + Freight
31 - 60 days 10% + Freight
61 - 120 days 20% + Freight
121 - 180 days 30% + Freight
6 months or greater not returnable
Return Requests
If your item can be returned, email customerservice@MedicalSuppliesOutlet.com to get a Return Number assigned to your return. MedicalSuppliesOutlet.com will not accept any returns without a Return Number clearly marked on the return label.
Return Processing Time
Allow up to 10 business days to receive, to process and inspect the returned items. Any items received that do not have a Return Number clearly listed on the return label will be sent back to the recipient at the recipients’ cost. Any items received that do not meet the return qualifications will be sent back to the recipient at the recipients cost.
Credits and Refunds
All returns made by a gift recipient will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the item only. All returns made by the Billing Party will be issued a refund back to the payment method used to place the order for the purchase price of the item only. Any and all shipping costs/charges, shipping surcharges, gift wrapping fees and/or any restocking fees are Non-Refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
MedicalSuppliesOutlet.com works hard to ship out your order as quickly as possible. For this reason once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. Our Customer Care Representatives will try their best to assist you in trying to cancel your order, please email customerservice@MedicalSuppliesOutlet.com. If we are unable to prevent the shipment from being cancelled, please see our return policy for information on returning your product. Cancellation of an item(s) may change or void discounts or promotions currently appearing on your order.
